Still only half-way through!

Okay, So i thought I'd share this with you because it hasn't happened to me since Freddy Krueger and back then I was 11 so I had an excuse to be terrified!
Anyways, If you've seen my video "Mia answers your questions" you should know that one of my favorite types of movies is "horror/thriller"... No idea why, but I love that feeling of suspense and then suddenly jumping like a kangaroo every time the director decided to raise the volume of a violin playing or something!!

Anyways, there's a sport that I LOVE -> Skiing!
It's one of my passions and when you get me in a Ski resort you won't see me going back to the hotel room until i'm fully exhausted!

Sooo, my best friend Casimiro (yes, i'm writing your name haha!!) thought it would be hilarious to share a new movie about skiing with me and as it was a horror film about one of my favorite sports I obviously said "hell yes!" and "rented it"...
I waited until I was done working on this site and ready to go to bed to watch it. So picture me, alone in my hotel room bed, dark, silence around me and a childish excitement to see this supposedly "fantastic" movie....

UMM...Guys...I was so shocked by a certain part of the movie that I literally closed my mac and couldn't fall asleep!!! I spent the whole night thinking of what I would do in that circumstance and how I could prevent it from happening!!!

I'm still HALF-WAY through the movie and can't build up the courage to finish it... ahhh..
Just thought I'd share this story with you :)

Hey if you wanna share ideas with me, watch the movie "Frozen" and comment here to tell me what you think and how you could change what happened... (btw "not going" doesn't count! ahah)

Love

xx

I am totally renting this tonight! Like you, I love skiing and horror movies. And I'm pretty excited to watch this! Telling from the poster, I'm guessing two people are stuck up on the Gondola lift on a ski hill, which is freakin' intense! I don't even know what I'd do! :S

I'll let you know more what I think when I watch it! :P

I'm not really into this Freezing-thing, 'cause I like my fingers and toes, but this sounds like a thrilling movie; lets see tonight.

BTW, I liked the quotation marks at "rented it" ;-)

Ah, I dont think that I could watch the movie. I hate thrillers/horror movies. It's simply just not happening. I get so freakin terrified, haha. But if you like skiing you should really come to Norway some day! :D Our skiing opportunities are amazing! :)

Yep its workin. Hahah. That movie is far fetched, only because I worked at a ski resort for awhile so I dont see how that could happen. At the end of the day they do two full rotations of the lift for exactly the reason of not leaving anyone stranded. Also ski patrol skis down the slopes looking for lost or hurt people at the end of the day too. That doesnt take away the fact it would be frightening and I probably wont watch the movie. Horror not my thing. Good post. Thanks for sharing. Have a great week!

That’s actually why I will never be caught watching such movies all by myself, let alone at night. I don’t think I could sleep for a week or so! I must say it seems to a be a nice movie, though (to watch with a group of people and in the daylight). I’ll let you know my opinion once I get to watch it. :P

Well, I figured out some complex stories ever since while writing my books and everytime I found some realistic solutions, but this is a bit tricky.
Jumping from 30 feet to frozen and flattened ground doesn't work and brachiate to the next pole could be way longer than in the movie...

Guess I would put out my phone and make a call (Why would somebody have one if (s)he doesn't take it along.) Otherwise brachiating seems like the best alternative. But due to freezing temperatures I wouldn't wait a whole night, costs too much energy.

Or I would rent a snowmobile with a private chauffeur and didn't use the lift ;-)
